GB-Manchester: ACE 618 ITT - Evaluation of Arts Council's bilateral partnerships with key European nations
This sits in the lower-middle of the Research & Development band — a mid-scale opportunity. Based on 20,405 valued Research & Development tenders in our corpus.
Since Brexit, Arts Council England has continued to collaborate with funders and cultural institutes in Germany, France, Italy, Denmark and Norway, to reframe cultural co-operation pathways following UK's exit from the European Union and the Creative Europe programme.
Projects with each of the countries and cultural institutions have focused on themes which are valued by Arts Council, and which resonate with European partners.
Arts Council is commissioning an evaluation to measure and understand the impacts on artists, audiences and participants of these bi-lateral partnerships.
We are also interested in understanding the wider impacts of the partnerships including the development of the cultural sector, soft power and the repairing of international relationships, particularly in how England and the UK are perceived post-Brexit.
Additionally, we want to understand from each of the partnership-working models formed the conditions for successful partnership working, particularly between Arts Council England and international and UK partners.
