Our campaigns are delivered under two overarching campaign brands: • The 'We are the NHS' campaign aims to inspire people to join the NHS and retain those already working in it.
It promotes the NHS as a first- choice employer, focusing on priority recruitment of professions including: Nursing; Allied Health Professionals; Healthcare Support Workers; and 999 & 111 Call Handlers; also supporting the recruitment of NHS Reservists. • The 'Help Us, Help You' campaign is designed to save lives by changing the way people access services to reduce pressures on the NHS and maintain capacity, by driving effective use of the NHS, encouraging people to get help in the right place and at the right time.
This contract is for an advertising agency to lead the strategy, creative development and production work for the 'We are the NHS' campaign.
