It is proposed that Unitas will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project, and intend to appoint Subcontractors to carry out the works.
The works are separated out into seven lots as follows; LOT 1 Asbestos Removal LOT 2 General Builder LOT 3 Roofing Works Lot 4 Electrical Lot 5 Scaffolding Lot 6 Paving and ground works Lot 7 Post completion clean Overall description of works to 81nr properties is as follows: Re-roofing, leadwork renewal, replacement soffits, fascia's, guttering, pointing repairs, installation of SFS POD weatherboard system, renewal of entrance doors and store doors, installation of low-level lighting, hard-wired smoke and heat detection and mechanical extractors, renewal and topping up of loft insulation, paving works and bow top fencing.
