At least one member of the appointed team must be APM qualified, have experience of working on highly Listed Buildings (Grade I/Grade II*) and experience of National Lottery Heritage Fund projects.The appointment will commence at the beginning of RIBA Work Stage 4 and extend to the completion of RIBA Work Stage 7.
