Brief description: o Provide a quality Care and Support service to individuals during including medication administration and personal care as essential. o Work as part of a team to provide a service in line with CQC essential standards and the processes and procedures of the organisation. o Experience with working or caring for older people is essential. o A willingness to undertake mandatory training and qualifications where required. o An ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. o Must be flexible and can work weekends and Bank Holidays as required. o Have good written and verbal skills.
Willow Gardens is an Extra Care facility providing planned care and support to individuals living in their own homes.
The scheme comprises of 90 self-contained flats and provides a person-centred Care and Support to these individuals.
As well as the care and support aspect of the service we also provide social opportunities and community engagement within the communal areas of the scheme.
We currently have a temporary vacancy for Care Assistant's to join our team to support and promote the values of this service.

An Enhanced DBS with Adults Barring List Check is required for this role.
