The contract will be a "Call Off" and be used as and when services are required, via individual Statements of Work" (SOW).

This contract under Lot 4: Functional Testing will ensure that there is: • Access to a flexible and cost effective pool of Test specialist professionals, bought 'as a service' and capable of delivering services across the full life-cycle of your project or design process • continuity of Testing services across DDaT • on-going reliability in the provision of testing services. • a means for individual work requests to be used to request testing specialists professional. • a means for the contracts to be managed as call-off contracts, where individual project teams will continue to be responsible for demonstrating their own business cases, arranging the appropriate spend controls and following the agreed governance & assurance frameworks to call-off any services they require to support delivery of their project(s).
