Appointment of Single Provider to create a Framework for Minor Capital Projects - Building, Mechanical and Electrical Works

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospital Trust are tendering for a contractor to undertake the full range of works as described in the schedule of rates.

This will also include all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical installations.

The works will be undertaken in a variety of settings within the hospital environment, which will cover the full spectrum, from ward in-patient facilities to out-patient clinics, theatres, staff areas, changing facilities and offices, out-of-hours accommodation, record and equipment storage areas and general hospital circulation spaces and waiting areas.

The scope of work could involve the creation or upgrade of any facility or building services within these areas and will be primarily supporting the Trust's Minor works projects and smaller Capital works schemes.
