(a) 2 groups of 8 delegates: QWI course: To train 16 officers in two groups of eight.

Each training course will be classroom based with a follow on requirement to submit a written report for external assessment prior to the award of Institute of Leadership and Management accreditation.

The course will include training on grievance process, investigation skills, resolution skills and report writing. (b) 1 group of 8 delegates The CIW: A one day classroom-based course for members of the internal HR casework team equipping them to manage the grievance process.

The course includes an introduction to investigation skills, use of evidence to inform decision making, quality control and effective debriefing.
