Scope of Work The data held are intended to be used throughout the whole development lifecycle, with a strong focus on the planning phases; resource assessment, early feasibility assessments, consenting, bid preparations and so on.

Whilst the developers will be the main early users and contributors of data, many other stakeholders such as the Crown Estate, academic researchers, regional industrial groups and related consultancies, media and the general public are all expected to need to access the data for different purposes.

Therefore, CSP have decided to tender for the construction of a Data Portal.

This section of the document outlines the requirements of the Portal.
