The brief

Description South Cambridgeshire District Council are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to carry out the construction of a single storey extension, and a two storey extension, both are council owned properties in the district of South Cambridgeshire.

The contract will be for sixteen weeks, commencing mid November 2015.

Applicants for selection and bidders must possess the following: a.

Registered with Constructionline b.

Public Liability Insurance for £5 million c.

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) details d.

Proven track record and knowledge of the Construction, Design & Maintenance Regulations (CDM Regulations) Bidders are responsible for bearing all costs and expenses they incur as a result of participating in the procurement process irrespective of whether or not it leads to award of the contract.

Please note that South Cambridgeshire District Council reserves the right to withdraw from this procurement procedure at any time without awarding a contract.
