Flood and Coastal Risk Management (FCRM) Operational Framework - South East Hub
The purpose of this framework is to put in place a contractual arrangement that is fit for purpose for delivering low value civil engineering projects and packages as well as routine maintenance works.
The North, Central and South West hubs have already begun this future arrangement.
Incorporating approximately 30 of our previous arrangements and frameworks covering a wide range of services - minor (civil engineering) works, culvert inspection and clearance, vegetation management, tree works, main river maintenance, pest control and soft engineering and river restoration works.
The structure and approach we have settled on reflects the need to be more efficient in the way that we operate as well as making the arrangements easier for both the Environment Agency and our successful suppliers.
Lot 1 - Small scale civil engineering and maintenance works (including culvert inspection and clearance) Lot 2 - Routine maintenance, vegetation management and pest control Both lots will require emergency / incident response capability.
