Surrey Integrated Urgent Care (NHS 111/GP OOHs) Market Engagement Event
NHS North West Surrey CCG as Lead Commissioner on behalf of four Surrey CCGs : NHS East Surrey CCG ; NHS Guildford & Waverley CCG ; NHS North West Surrey CCG ; NHS Surrey Downs CCG ; would like to invite potential providers to attend a second Engagement Event which will inform the market of the latest intentions to commission a future Integrated Urgent Care GP OOHs/NHS 111 service.
At the event the Commissioners are keen to share the latest draft service model proposal and provide feedback from the recent extensive public and stakeholder engagement programme.
The event also aims to allow potential bidders to network and possibly initiate partnerships/alliances to provide the future service.
A showcase event will run in advance of formal sessions and over the lunch period to facilitate networking amongst potential providers.
The running order for the event is • 10.00-11.00 Welcome, coffee and show case/networking • 11.00-12.00 Plenary to include context, scope of procurement and feedback from public and stakeholder engagement, Q&A • 12.00-13.00 Lunch and show case/networking.
The Information and Networking Event will be held at H G Wells Conference and Events Centre, Church Street East, Woking GU21 6HJ on Wednesday 16th August 2017.
Attending organisations wishing to have a showcase presence may bring one "sail-type" banner and marketing materials with them.
A table will be supplied.
Providers wishing to attend should email their interest to NHSCS.commissioning@nhs.net by 12 noon on Friday 11th August 2017, attaching the registration form available in the Attachments section.
Please ensure that the title of the email contains the title of this advert.
Please note that attendance will be limited to 3 attendees per organisation.
In the event that you are unable to attend but would like to receive a copy of any presentation materials, please visit www.nwsurreyccg.nhs.uk following the event.
