The works consist of the following: A complete replacement of the lift at 123 Grays Inn Road; The major refurbishment of the two lifts at 30 Guildford Street and 1nr at 7 Queens Square in accordance with the lift specifications accordingly, together with associated mechanical and electrical works in lift lobbies and staircases of each property.
