The brief

This procurement is in support of three new employability projects funded by the European Social Fund, to secure partners who can deliver bespoke activities for young people or adults, which will help them to progress into training, education and jobs. \r Flexibility required to enable new providers to apply throughout the life of the project.

It is intended to have 3 Lots, one for each separate project: \r Lot 1: Supporting people aged 16 and above in Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft who need extra guidance to access education, training and jobs.

This includes people who have recently exited the labour market and who need help to transfer their skills. \r Lot 2: Supporting people aged 16 and above in Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft to overcome multiple barriers to accessing education, training and jobs.

This includes people who are longer term unemployed and who require bespoke training and job opportunities. \r Lot 3: Supporting young people aged 16-24 in Norfolk and Suffolk who need extra support to access education, training and jobs.

This includes people who have lost their jobs in recession hit sectors such as retail, leisure, and hospitality and tourism.\r \r
