BIG001-1011 Recruitment Agency for the Vacancy of Director of Northern Ireland

AWARD NOTICE The Fund is seeking to appoint a suitable experienced recruitment agency to advertise the vacancy of Director of Northern Ireland and identify suitable candidates to ensure successful appointment of our Northern Ireland Director.

The recruitment consultant is required to search for suitable candidates and to efficiently manage the recruitment process.

Meetings with the People Director and/or the Chief Executive will be required.

The recruitment consultant will attend a briefing meeting and agree specific requirements such as level of search and sequencing, including but not limited to the following: 1.

Agree with the Fund the final timetable for the recruitment and appointment of the Northern Ireland Director 2.

Agree advertising and circulation list 3.

Agree advert for internal and external sites 4.

Place advertisements for the role as agreed with the Fund 5.

Search of candidates for the role as agreed with the Fund 6.

Collate applications and list report and send to the Fund for review as agreed with the Fund 7.

Arrange interviews between the candidates and the Fund 8.

Conduct informal meetings and phone calls with the Fund and the Candidates
