Thirteen is reviewing it's current processes for the 'Attract Me' element of it's employee lifecycle.

Having reached the end of the contract period of our current ATS, we would like to engage with ATS software providers to further understand how systems can match our aspirations, and deliver key objectives such as: • Integrated and digitised process from vacancy authorisation to onboarding, that helps us to attract and engage with the right candidates, and reduces our time to hire • An enhanced experience for applicants, hiring managers and HR team in terms of an easy-to-use, intuitive system that both engages and supports users. • Visibility of progress at each stage of the recruitment and onboarding process, for both hiring managers and the HR team, with improved and efficient workflows. • Effective recruitment metrics and reporting • Integration with our current HRIS will be key Attached is a high-level overview of the process that we would like to achieve.
