The project aims to focus on one component of an open source Revs and Bens system (business rates), develop, and test a migration tool to understand how feasible migration of data is from one system to another and prototype systems integrations, and governance and support models whilst engaging with local businesses to understand their needs and ensure any digital offer meets their expectations
