The Authority's intention will be to award a framework agreement comprising of a single supplier having been evaluated using the published tender evaluation criteria.

By establishing this framework, the authority and named users of the framework will: A.

Deliver the FIRST PHASE of the project comprising the construction of an integrated care centre with 40 private rooms, communal areas, public library and associated external landscaping and car parking.

This phase is majority new build with an element of façade retention & refurbishment.

The estimated cost for construction of the integrated care centre is 11430000 and the public library 1582000.

An architectural led design team consisting of Structural & Civil Engineers, M&E design engineers and a Landscape Architect have developed designs and full detailed planning approval has been obtained from Amber Valley Borough Council ref AVA/2017/0041 B.

Have the option of delivering the proposed B.

Have the option of delivering the proposed second phase of the project at a future date within the established terms of the framework which will comprise a health and care facility, following any necessary approvals and cost benchmarking required.

All of phase 2 is new build.
