Have the option of delivering the proposed B.
Have the option of delivering the proposed second phase of the project at a future date within the established terms of the framework which will comprise a health and care facility, following any necessary approvals and cost benchmarking required.
All of phase 2 is new build.
The estimated cost for construction of phase 2 is 5742000 An architectural led design team consisting of Structural & Civil Engineers, M&E design engineers and a Landscape Architect have developed designs and outline planning approval (with all matters reserved except for access) has been obtained from Amber Valley Borough Council ref :AVA/2017/0043
