Onward is currently seeking expressions of interest from competent suppliers who are able to provide the following services: - Minor Adaptations o Installation of internal and external grab rails, handrails, WC frames and bannisters of all types o Installation of half steps o Other bespoke minor adaptations - Installation of domestic through floor lifts - Installation of domestic stair lifts and step lifts - Architectural Services specific to Adaptations - Occupational therapy assessment services - Plumbing services specific to adaptations: o Installation of bifold shower doors for level access showers o Lever taps o Raising and lowering WCs o Installation of wash dry WCS o Installation of specialist baths o Installation and repair of rise and fall sinks Onward Homes have a large portfolio of properties to let to on general let, sheltered, and supported tenancies.

Our adaptations service provides minor adaptations without OT referral across all three regions as well major adaptation replacements.

We also complete works recommended by local authority partners in the Merseyside region.

Demand for the adaptations service is growing both in terms of volume and also the complexity of need.
