Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of: Building Refurbishment Works to Swindon Museum and Art Gallery - 1st Floor Building Refurbishment Works\r \r Project Description\r The works consist of building refurbishment works to the 1st floor of the Swindon Civic Building to create four new museum display areas, three storage areas and a meeting room.
The works are to include internal demolition works, fire rated doorsets, screens, mechanical & electrical works, secondary glazing to the display areas and decoration.\r \r Full details relating to the works are provided within the tender documents.\r \r Contract Period\r The contract will be initially for a period of 16 weeks commencing (Approximately) May 2023.
The estimated contract value is circa £320k\r \r To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
