The brief

The Trust has a requirement for Parenteral Nutrition formulation software.

The Pharmacy department has had to replace an existing PN compounding machine due to a manufacturer recall and model discontinuation.

A full market appraisal was conducted and a Medimix PN compounder procured through a major capital project.

Alternative PN compounding software is required that is compatible with the new automated compounders and provides the necessary interface with the Medimix Compounder.
