Cefas' Electronics Team require a desktop 3D printer using stereo lithography technology with the following performance characteristics: - X and Y resolution at least 30 microns - Build volume minimum of 30cm x 20cm x 30cm (W x D x H) - Featuring use of various engineering resins - UK mains voltage supply - Ethernet and USB communications protocols - Associated wash system - Associated curing/hardening facility This device will be used to manufacture prototype pre-production parts and individual one-off jigs and components to assist with design and manufacturing of our products.
Delivery and Installation Requirements: Please ensure that delivery lead times are contained within the proposal.
It is important to Cefas that delivery is made before or during WC 21st March 2022 to ensure payment by end of FY.
If delivery cannot be accommodated in this timeframe, Cefas reserve the right to withdraw from the exercise or request additional documentation to be provided as evidence of ownership.
The equipment is required to be delivered/installed to Cefas, Pakefield Road Lowestoft NR33 0HT.
All pricing provided must be inclusive of delivery 'INCOTERM DDP' if item is being imported (please advise).
