BFI Disability on Film Access Services
The British Film Institute (BFI) aims to make its moving image collections available to audiences through the widest range of platforms and technologies.
To help achieve these objectives the BFI intends to make a percentage of its content on the BFI online platform “BFI-Player’ accessible to hearing and sight impaired audiences.
The requirement for this tender is for the films within the collection ‘Disability on Film’ due to publish on the BFI Player (in August 2017), to be accessible to hearing and sight impaired audiences.
Transcription/Adaptation Services, Closed Caption/SHD Subtitle Services and Audio Description/Sensory Language Services.
