Provision of Primary Medical Services (APMS) on behalf of NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire CCG
NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (BNSSG CCG) seeks feedback from the market for Primary Medical Services.
The practices under consideration are as follows: - Bishopston Medical Practice, list size: 9988 - Charlote Keel Medical Practice list size: 17088 - Northville list size: 5400 BNSSG CCG is seeking to engage providers to share details of the populations served by these practices, service models and current delivery e.g. premises.
It is intended by understanding the commissioning context providers would be well placed to share their interest, any concerns or boundaries to bidding.
BNSSG CCG focuses on a patient-centred approach to care delivery that is user friendly and culturally sensitive and encompasses national and local public health targets.
We are also keen to engage providers who can demonstrate a willingness to deliver a number of key design principles e.g. improving access and promoting prevention and self-care, as part of core service delivery and using digital channels to provide health care online consultations.
It is intended the contract period being considered will be aligned to the market and will come with a premium to recognise transformation required.
South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW), on behalf of BNSSG CCG is seeking feedback through a market engagement event, led by BNSSG CCG with an option of a 1:1 meeting with the Commissioners on the 30th January 2019.
