The brief

The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of: • a range of Identity Plates for both Private Hire Vehicles and Hackney Carriages • self-adhesive labels and semi-permanent door signs • supply brackets direct to Private Hire Vehicle owners The Framework Agreement will last for 4 years (unless terminated under agreement provisions).

The Framework Agreement will be awarded to a single supplier.
