Willow Brook Primary EYFS

The client wishes to engage a contractor to design and install the new EYFS Play area at Willow Brook Primary School, to include removing the old equipment and surface, and installing new as outlined below.

The budget for this project is 30,000 GBP - 40,000 GBP. - Removal of the following items - Removal of play tower & wet pour hole repairs - Removal of existing mud kitchens - Removal of posts in bark area - Removal of mark making panels - Removal of sleeper edging and bark chipping - Removal of sand pit, including sand, sleeper edging and fencing - Removal of mud pit and contents - Removal of water play area including posts - Removal of playhouse.

The following items to be integrated into the project: - Magnetic Water Wall - Free standing play table; ping-pong, water and sand play - Mud Kitchen i.e., a worktop with bowls or trays for the mud - Sensory pathway with block paving, cobbles, mulch and harvest crunch resin, block paving edging - Forest play hut incorporating items such as pipes, crates, blocks and planks - Artificial grass in 262-meter squared area - Sand pit with steps in a 13-meter squared area - Freestanding bench - Small stage 2 x 2-meter squared measurement - Free standing chair and or multiple stories telling chairs or wooden moulds - Triangular Spider or netted play structure - Removal, site set up, skips and any security will need to be included in this tender - Repair to 4 x hole repair in existing wet pour The Pricin...h but does not purport to be comprehensive or to have been independently verified.

Bidders are deemed to understand the processes that the Client is required to follow under the Public Contracts Regulations (2015) and all applicable European and domestic legislation so far as they relate to this ITT.
