GB-Edinburgh: Finance & Procurement System
This is a large award for Software & IT Systems — above three-quarters of comparable contracts. Based on 30,286 valued Software & IT Systems tenders in our corpus.
NLB are looking to replace the current web-based, hosted core finance and procurement business systems with a single integrated cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) solution.
NLB would invite suppliers in Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6194 to demonstrate how their system would meet the needs of the organisation with an anticipated go-live date no later than 1st April 2026.
NLB would like to capitalise on experience and advice from the system supplier as to best practice, process streamlining and a reimagined chart of accounts to remove inconsistences, double keying and significant input required to control and manage the system and its needs.
The system should support a 'paperless' NLB with digital workflows, approvals and document capture.
The system should allow/support the flexibility of NLB to adapt and grow and allow NLB to adopt standardised policies and procedures.
The platform should be maintained by the supplier to provide a risk-free solution that enables NLB to run its organisation and meet its regulatory and legal requirements.
This requirement is to be procured under Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6194, and as such only named suppliers are eligible to compete in this further competition.
