HR and Finance Systems Transformation
The Council intends to procure systems implementation services and a fully integrated ERP SaaS solution, including full UK local government HR, finance, procurement, payroll, and analytics functionality/capability.
The payroll solution must be fully integrated and support UK local government requirements including multiple payrolls, multiple assignments and the collection of pension contributions and associated service in respect of teachers' and other pension schemes found within upper tier local government.
The payroll solution must allow the Council to operate as a bureau.
The Council reserves the right under this procurement to award two contracts if required.
The first will be with the systems implementer and the second with the SaaS provider.
