In order to maximise the health and wellbeing of employees, National Highways has a comprehensive health and wellbeing offering which this contract will form a part of.

This contract covers Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health and Wellbeing Services.

This specification is for the provision of Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health and Wellbeing Services.

The service shall enable National Highways to address particular health and attendance issues, meet their statutory obligations with regards to psychological risk management, identify the preventative measures that can be taken to minimise the overall risk of sickness absence and improve the health and wellbeing of its employees.

This contract has been awarded under a Framework Agreement.

The contract value includes VAT.

The contract has been awarded for four years.
