The Specification provided for the new facility is performance based and the successful Contractor will be appointed based on a fully costed design including all fees for the provision of a new Wheeled Sports Park that demonstrates innovation, incorporates anti-vandalism, and makes the best possible use of the space available.
This design will include for multiple uses and rideable features that are suited to a full range of users from beginners to advanced.
