The brief

DVLA has been hosting the CAZ contact centre since 2021 and now must implement a PCI compliant Digital assisted payment function in line with other DVLA services which are implementing PCI compliance services.

The change governance is under the CAZ project.

We have taken it through an exception report which has gone through programme board and will go to ET.

Critically for this it has also been through change control under the CAZ MOU which confirmed JAQU will pay for this work.

Requirement Integration of the Storm (new telephony platform) to the Gov.pay (the CAZ payment broker) and the CAZ central portal to allow for the successful and secure payment of CAZ charges.

The work will be carried out by WaveNet/Content Guru and they will need to be SC cleared to the standard level
