Progress Housing Group are looking to procure services for the collection of payments by debit and credit card in respect of rent, sundry debts and other income due to the Group and associated merchant acquiring services.
Services include: Collection and processing of card holder not present transactions • Telephone (via automated service and Virtual Terminal) • Internet Cards to be accepted • Debit cards • Credit cards To include the following cards issued in the UK and internationally MasterCard Visa Business and Corporate cards Maestro Electron Contactless The facility to allow customers to securely save their debit and credit card details "Tokenisation" is a requirement.
This facility is currently available for our customers via our automated payment line.
Must be fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.
Minimum requirements for checking card data for transaction processing is Address Verification service (AVS) and Card Security Code (CSC) checks.
Services required • Payment Gateway • Merchant Acquirer services These can be as part of a combined bid or separate bids for each lot, the Group is looking to appoint one or more supplier to provide these services.
