The brief

Collection charges for the deposit processing Weekly / fortnightly CASH200 Ad hoc CASH200 Collections Collection up to £20,000 includes the maximum carriage of one note container, two coin bags and one listed cheque bag per collection.

Note container should not exceed £20,000 and that each coin bag does not exceed 25 full sachets of coin, and a maximum of £500.

The above collections do not include any indemnity for your cheques.

The Trust will be expected to keep a separate record of all cheques supplied to G4S for delivery.

In the event of an attack or loss, the Trust will be expected to contact the issuer and request for these cheques to be reissued.

The charge for counting your notes and coins on behalf of your bank will be: CASH200 £0.1335 per £100 counted.

DELIVERY Breakdown Bulk Cash Supply (Make up by G4S) We provide notes in full bundle denominations for example £500 in £5 notes and coin in full sachet denominations for example £20 in £1, £10 in 50ps / 20ps.

Please ensure this does not exceed £2,000 and a maximum of two coin bags, ensuring that each coin bag does not exceed 25-sachets of coin.

Weekly / fortnightly deliveries in conjunction with collection service Ad hoc deliveries Please note all charges are excluded VAT.

To set up the services from start to finish it can take up to 4-6 weeks
