Central Bedfordshire Council is looking for an experienced and qualified contractor to carry out refurbishment works following fire and smoke damage.
The property is a two-bedroom, end of terrace house.
Site visits are available between Monday 19 July 2021 and Friday 30 July 2021.

Quotations received after that time will be excluded.
