The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather feedback from the market on the proposed framework structure, procurement and award mechanisms, contract management arrangements, performance measures and contractual approaches.
This is not a procurement exercise, call for competition, or invitation to tender.
The information provided will be used solely to help shape the Authority's procurement strategy and framework design.
