The brief

The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is inviting tenders to provide a fully managed provision of big screen events in the borough's public spaces including parks and town centres.

The Council is looking for an experienced provider with the necessary skills to fully manage a range of free events (paid by the Council and under the terms of this proposed contract) and income generation events where the provider will have the opportunity to put forward ideas for popular events.

The income generation opportunities will require a form of profit share between the supplier and the Council.
