The brief

Opportunity Overview: Reed in Partnership is seeking key partners for our bid for the Access to Work Mental Health Support Services contract, commissioned by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).

Delivery is expected to commence in August 2024, covering England, Scotland and Wales.

Access to Work (AtW) is a grant scheme supporting the recruitment & retention of people with disabilities/ mental health conditions in paid employment.

AtW forms part of the DWP's strategic goals to lower unemployment and remove barriers to work.

The Mental Health Support Service is a critical part of the AtW claim, aiming to support those at risk of falling out of work due to mental health issues or conditions.

We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations with experience of: -Current or previous delivery of non-clinical mental health interventions, of up to 9 months. -Conducting mental health needs assessments and support plans, both face-to- face and/or virtually as well as accompanying reports. -Successful current delivery of similar services across large geographical areas.
