Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking a Contractor to maintain its corporate property throughout the Borough.
This includes Chesterfield's town centre and surface car parks.
The works covered by the contract includes for repairing potholes, erecting street name plates, installation of street furniture, installation of kerbs, and resetting and repointing cobbles/Belgian setts/paving flags and any other works deemed necessary to be included in the contract.
A particular requirement of the contract is that arrangements shall be maintained whereby labour, materials and equipment can be quickly called out, outside normal working hours, to carry out any work required for an emergency associated with the contract.
The area of work covered by the contract is situated within the Borough of Chesterfield.
The proposed works have been designed and the construction works will be supervised and managed by Kier Asset Partnerships Services Ltd. on behalf of Chesterfield Borough Council through their partnership arrangement.

You can now use the `Correspondence` function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification (any clarifications will be found within the `Clarifications` tab). - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit your response. - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).
You must then submit your reply using the `Submit Return` button at the bottom of the page.
