The service provides Glaucoma Repeat Measures for individuals with raised intraocular pressures and Enhanced Case Finding for individuals with multiple signs suspicious of glaucoma but without clinical circumstances indicating urgent or emergency referral.
This is an activity based contract.
The value of the contract based on activity for 2023/24 is circa £63,430.
This notice is for a Direct Award C PSR process to commence from the 24th of October 2024 to 30th September 2025 bringing the lifetime value of the contract to the value of c.
£63,430.
Under the test for considerable change this is within the permitted criteria (not exceeding £500,000 and 25%).
