Cardiac Telehealth Monitoring Service (ECG interpretation service) - the service supports people who require a hospital admission due to heart failure, awaiting cardiac surgery or COVID-19.
A Telehealth virtual ward will monitor the patient at home and provide treatment to prevent hospital admission.
Remote monitoring for patients who have recently had a heart attack to reduce A&E attendance and prevents readmissions to hospital.
The contract expenditure for 2023/24 was £30,000.
