The VOA has a requirement to renew its CoStar Subscription for Non-residential Property Data. The provision of this key data supports the VOA in a wide variety of valuation purposes; ensuring the quality and completeness of our data, reducing the need for physical inspections, increasing the timeliness of response to taxpayers and finally to limit the burden on occupiers to provide information about their properties. The supply of this data should comprise of information relating to core valuation data, marketing and transactional information of individual properties. The data will only be required for non-residential properties.
