In 2014, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) carried out quantitative research with UK businesses to gather insights on understanding and awareness of competition law to: • inform compliance communication targeting and strategies • provide a benchmark to measure the effectiveness and impact of compliance campaigns going forward.
The CMA wish to commission a new wave of comparable research to measure/track changes in competition law awareness and understanding.
In addition, we are keen to gather fresh insights into the attitudes of audiences to help shape ongoing and future compliance work.
