The scope of which, will comprise of but may not be limited to the following duties in relation to concessionary travel reimbursement: o Section A - Management and Monitoring: Administer and monitor the Authority's Concessionary Bus Fares Scheme and to provide general support and advice; o Section B - Technical Advice and Support: Provide specific technical advice and support in reimbursement negotiations.
The initial Contract period will be for 3 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 2 years to a maximum total term of 5 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
