CONTRACT AWARD The West Yorkshire Combined Authority wishes to commission a supplier to deliver tailored individual packages of innovation support to SME's in the Leeds City Region totalling a minimum of 12 hours per business, focussed specifically on areas of business innovation as part of the ERDF funded Connecting Innovation Programme.
