The responsibility for the installations are spread over a number of Departments within the Council, but the co-ordinating responsibility rests with the Highways and Transportation Department.
The majority of the above mentioned stations have telemetry links and the successful contractor will be required to respond to telemetry alarm “call outs” by attending the station both during normal working hours and out of hours.
