This will predominantly involve the training courses on: Level 3 (Intermediate) Food Safety; Level 4 (Advanced) Food Safety; Level 3 (Intermediate) Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Food Safety System; Level 3 (Intermediate) Food Safety Management Refresher Course; Level 3 (Intermediate) Nutrition for Healthier & Specialist Diets” The contract period is for 1 year, with 2 x 12 month extension options under the contract.
