The brief

Provision of an E-Broker service for the electronic processing of employee applications to the disclosure and barring service.

East Midlands Shared Services is already a registered body with the DBS, and processes DBS applications for Nottingham City Council and Leicestershire County Council and their partners.

EMSS also undertakes DBS processing for 267 organisations who request to use the umbrella body service.

The contract will be awarded to one supplier for a duration will be for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months, at the Authority's discretion.

Suppliers must register on www.eastmidstenders.org, where a full tender pack can be downloaded and bid can be submitted for this opportunity.

The deadline for tender submissions is 12:00 midday, Friday 6th July 2018.
