English Heritage is soon to complete a programme which will move much of the architecture onto the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
As part of the broader Technology Services strategy, we are focused on using Microsoft technologies where possible.
Following a discovery exercise in early 2020 we can confirm that we are looking to implement a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
It is anticipated that additional applications (such as Power Platform, Sharepoint etc) will be needed to meet the minimum requirements.
English Heritage is undertaking this procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and will use the Competitive Dialogue (CD) award procedure.
