The aim of the research is to provide ongoing monitoring of the customs intermediaries sector performance, behaviours and trends.
This will be done using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, a survey of 600 intermediaries and then 15 follow up depth interviews.
The outputs required were full data tables, SPSS, slides and a presentation; to be followed by a 30 page, fully accessible, report.
The outputs will inform policy development and to monitor the sector.
The procurement exercise was run through the Crown Commercial Service Research and Insight DPS.
