Bydd Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn gweithredu fel y ‘Corff Arweiniol’ / ‘Comisiynydd Arweiniol’ (yn gweithredu ar ran: Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Betsi Cadwaladr; Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy; Cyngor Gwynedd; Cyngor Sir Dinbych; Cyngor Sir y Fflint; Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn a Chyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam (‘y Partneriaid Comisiynu’)) ar y Gwahoddiad i Dendro (ITT) ar gyfer ‘Cytundeb Tai â Chefnogaeth Gogledd Cymru (2027)’ rhanbarthol newydd a fydd yn dechrau ar 1 Ebrill 2027.

Bydd ‘Cytundeb Tai â Chefnogaeth Gogledd Cymru (2027)’ yn canolbwyntio ar brif egwyddorion Tai â Chefnogaeth a bydd yn ceisio hyrwyddo cefnogi unigolion i fyw mor annibynnol â phosibl.

Yn yr amser cyn cyhoeddi’r ITT, bydd y Partneriaid Comisiynu yn cynnal ‘Cyfarfod â’r Prynwr’ a sesiynau ymgynghori / ymgysylltu eraill gyda darparwyr Tai â Chefnogaeth.

Cyhoeddir manylion y rhain, ynghyd â manylion sut i gofrestru i fynychu'r sesiynau, ar wefannau ‘Gwerthwch i Gymru’ a ‘Dod o Hyd i Dendr’, a thrwy rwydweithiau lleol maes o law.

NODWCH: Mae'r digwyddiad Cwrdd â'r Prynwr cyntaf wedi'i drefnu ar gyfer dydd Llun 8 Mehefin 2026 rhwng 1300 a 1500.

I dderbyn gwahoddiad i'r digwyddiad hwn, anfonwch e-bost at cydweithredfagogleddcymru@sirddinbych.gov.uk The current regional ‘North Wales Supported Living Agreement’ ends on 31st March 2027.

Denbighshire County Council will act as the ‘Lead Body’ / ‘Lead Commissioner’ (acting on behalf of: Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board; Conwy County Borough Council; Cyngor Gwynedd; Denbighshire County Council; Flintshire County Council; Isle of Anglesey County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council (‘the Commissioning Partners’)) on the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for a new regional ‘North Wales Supported Living Agreement (2027)’ that will commence on 1st April 2027.

The ‘North Wales Supported Living Agreement (2027)’ will focus on the main principles of Supported Living and will seek to promote supporting individuals to live as independently as possible.

In the time leading up to the issue of the ITT the Commissioning Partners will hold ‘Meet the Buyer’ and other consultation / engagement sessions with providers of Supported Living.

Details of these, along with details of how to register to attend the sessions, will be published on ‘Sell2Wales’ and ‘Find a Tender’ websites, and via locally established networks in due course.

NOTE: The first Meet the Buyer event is scheduled for Monday 8th June 2026 between 1300 and 1500 hours.
